They tried to make an unauthorized charge of 39.95 on my debit card overnight. I got an alert around midnight from my bank & now my card is locked. Meaning I now have to leave work to go to my bank & get a new card. Then I have to change ALL my payment info on all my legitimate accounts. All because I was a complete idiot & decided to take an ADHD test online for 1.95. But I DID NOT sign up or authorize further subscription purchases. WATCH OUT ITS A TRAP

Complete scam, avoid at all costs

Very deceptive subscription scam. They do not clearly indicate when you purchase the test for $1.95 that they are enrolling you in monthly $39.95 subscription. I only noticed it after reviewing my paypal accounts and not recognizing where $40 a month was going. They also make it difficult to cancel and get your money refunded. They also DBA as TestLibrary which I had to sleuth to find out as I could not log into a Nordicalab account to cancel the subscription. So the subscription billing is through "Nordicalab" but to sign in and cancel your account you have to go through the "TestLibrary" site.

Ganz schlimme Firma. Man schließt mit einem ADHS Test ein Abo für 40€ Monat ab. Für alle die Hilfe brauchen, sobald die Zahlung durch Paypal autorisiert wurde kann man über die Zahlung zu einer Seite gelangen per Button wo man sein Geld zurück verlangen kann. Ausserdem am besten parallel ne Mail an den Support schicken dass man vom Widerrufsrecht gebraucht macht.

Une fois qu'on a acheté quelque chose chez eux, ils essaient de débiter de l'argent sur votre compte. A fuir !

Das ist klarer Betrug. Man macht einen Test für knapp zwei Euro und bekomme dann später knapp 40 Euro für ein Abo abgebucht.

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Man „kauft“ einen Test bei Testlibrary und bekommt ein paar Tage später knapp 40€ für das Abo eingezogen. Nach dem Kauf bekommt man eine Bestellbestätigung in der das im Kleingedruckten erwähnt wird, jedoch nicht vor dem Kauf! Mein Tipp: sofort bei Paypal in den Einstellungen NordicaLab aus den automatischen Zahlungen entfernen, indem man dort kündigt. Habe innerhalb von Minuten mein Geld von Paypal zurück erhalten. Zusätzlich natürlich noch Widerrufsrecht nutzen.

DO NOT USE I am another one who did a test for a small fee, the test said basically nothing but in the order confirmation, hidden among some generic text about support it is stated that now you will be charged every 4 weeks 16(!) times the price you paid for the useless test. Monthly. This is a scam and when I look at my profile - there is no subscription registrered.
