The verbiage in the descriptions is…
The verbiage in the descriptions is insanely hard to follow. I can’t get a clear understanding of anything that my report is trying to convey. It feels like a very big waste of time.

1,95 bezahlt für so eine typische…
1,95 bezahlt für so eine typische Testauswertung aber ein paar Wochen später wurder 39,95 abgebucht bin da in ein Abo gerutscht wusste gar nicht mal was nordicalab ist, bekam das Geld aber innerhalb von Stunden zurück!! Hab klarerweise sofort gekündigt via mail

Vielen Dank, dass Sie das mit uns teilen — wir freuen uns, dass die Rückerstattung so schnell geklappt hat. Solche Pläne beginnen oft mit einer kurzen Testphase, die sich danach automatisch in ein laufendes Abo umwandelt, wenn es nicht vorher gekündigt wird — das kann leicht überraschen, und es tut uns leid, dass das nicht klarer war. The placement of this question is blocking my experience
I am eager to read my test results, but I can’t get to them because these questions pop up to prevent me from seeing them. Therefore my experience here is not a positive one.
