Bez mojej wiedzy i zgody pobrano opłatę za TestLibrary 7-day Trial. Skorzystałam jednorazowo, nie wyraziłam zgody na dalsze korzystanie z programu i pobieranie opłat.

Total scam where you completely unknowingly signup for $39.95 monthly charge after paying a small $1.95 fee to see test results.

A Clickbait online ADHD test led to a small charge on my paypal account from Nordicalab. A subsequent email from Testlibrary went unseen into my spam / unsolicited mail folder ( I wonder why?). Inaction on this email led to an automatic monthly 39,95 euro debit. Only after contacting Nordicalab (who were very efficient in rectifying my loss) did I discover the Testlibrary email. This would be avoidable if the second confirmatory email had come from the debiting company, rather than a third party.

Achtung! Abofalle! Das Unternehmen wirbt online mit Verkaufsprodukten. Bei einer Bestellung und Zahlung über Paypal wird automatisch und ohne weitere Hinweise oder Käuferzustimmung ein Abo aktiviert. Der Einzug der Zahlung erfolgt primär über das Guthaben und der Rest über das Konto. Ohne vorherige Infos werden so fleißig Produkte geliefert, deren Zahlung sich kaum mehr rückabwickeln lassen.

Auch ich durfte die gleiche Erfahrung mit diesem Unternehmen machen , genau das gleiche Spiel wie bei den anderen Nutzern. Erst 1,95 und dann kommt von PayPal die Info : € 39, 95 ! PayPal informiert und an das Unternehmen eine Kündigung geschrieben. Auch habe ich ; rechtliche Schritte und der Verbraucherschutz erwähnt. Die Bestätigung, seitens NordicaLab kam prompt.

Yes I also paid $1.95 via PayPal for test only to be now advised a week or so later I will be charged a further $54.95 monthly. I cancelled further subscriptions through PayPal and I will need to dispute the $54.95 payment that is now going through. I always believed using PayPal was safe but now don’t feel it is. I did not agree to a subscription.
