Ich schließe mich den negativen Bewertungen an, zumal für mich nicht erkennbar ist, WOFÜR die überhaupt Geld haben wollen. Leider habe ich die drei - alle im August erfolgten Abbuchungen! - erst heute mitbekommen. Ich werde Euch auf dem Laufenden halten!

MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA EMPRESA Y CON LAS SUSCRIPCIONES TRAMPA Mi experiencia con Nordicalab ha sido extremadamente negativa y considero importante advertir a otros consumidores. El servicio se presenta ofreciendo la posibilidad de realizar un test y obtener los resultados por aproximadamente **1,95 €**. Lo que considero especialmente preocupante es que, después de realizar ese pago, aparecen posteriormente cargos recurrentes de aproximadamente **39,95 €**, asociados a una supuesta suscripción a **Testlibrary**. Yo **nunca di mi consentimiento explícito para contratar una suscripción recurrente ni autoricé esos cargos posteriores**. En mi caso, la información sobre la suscripción no fue presentada de una manera que me permitiera entender claramente que estaba aceptando un servicio recurrente de casi 40 €. Por eso considero que se trata de una **suscripción trampa**, en la que el consumidor puede creer que simplemente está pagando 1,95 € por recibir los resultados de un test y termina vinculado a unos cargos recurrentes que no esperaba. Además, resulta especialmente preocupante que este tipo de servicio se promocione a través de plataformas como **Instagram**, donde un usuario puede acceder al anuncio pensando que está contratando únicamente el servicio anunciado. Mi recomendación es clara: **muchísimo cuidado antes de introducir los datos de vuestra tarjeta o realizar cualquier pago**. Revisad minuciosamente las condiciones y comprobad si existe alguna suscripción asociada al pago. En mi caso, he tenido que reclamar los cargos y solicitar que se revise la situación porque **no considero haber autorizado conscientemente dicha suscripción**. Una experiencia muy desagradable y, desde mi punto de vista, una práctica comercial que debería ser investigada. **No recomiendo este servicio.**

Stay Away!! I paid £1.95 for an autism test result. What it does not make clear is that you are entering into a 7-day trial, then 7 days later they will take £39.95 from you. That will eventually be £39.95 per month if you don't cancel. No email prior saying "welcome to our services" or any other warning. They fully well know that neurodivergent people are less likely to spot these things - what's obvious to neurotypical them is not obvious to the people they supposedly provide wellbeing services for. They also fully well know that neurodivergent people are less likely to afford such subscriptions because whilst I am in full-time work, I am a minority. Majority of neurodivergent people are not in full-time work and have more important things to prioritise their spending on. They are exploiting us rather than helping us. They did refund very quickly, but made clear it was only a "gesture of goodwill," not that they were doing anything wrong. Hopefully the UK government can speed up their plans to make such subscription plans illegal.

Nordicalab bliver ved med at trække betaling på trods af afmelding. Det er skandaløst og det gør, at man i værste fald er nødt til at afmelde sit PayPal og få et nyt kreditkort!
