Verstecktes Abo und Scam
Nach der Zahlung von 1,95€ wurden mir zwei Wochen später fast 40€ versucht vom PayPal Konto abzuziehen, was vorher nicht ersichtlich war. Zusätzlich entsprach die Auswertung des Tests absolut nicht meinen Erwartungen.

It was poor. I need to cancel the ridiculous subscription cost of £40 per month, and I have to go around the houses to make it happen. An apparently benevolent ND diagnosis tool wrapped up in vindictive capitalist shenanigans, and now they want me to write this gubbins before I’ve even seen the results. A real piece of work.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
hiermit widerrufe ich den angeblich am 31.08.2026 mit NordicaLab geschlossenen Vertrag bzw. das Abonnement mit sofortiger Wirkung. Hilfsweise fechte ich meine Vertragserklärung an und kündige vorsorglich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt.
Am 31.08.2026 wurden über PayPal 39,95 € abgebucht. Diesen Betrag fordere ich vollständig zurück.
Gemäß §§ 312g, 355 BGB mache ich von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch. Sollte kein wirksamer Vertrag zustande gekommen sein, fordere ich die Rückzahlung hilfsweise gemäß § 812 Abs. 1 BGB.
Darüber hinaus weise ich auf § 312j Abs. 3 und 4 BGB hin. Sollte im Bestellvorgang nicht eindeutig auf die Zahlungspflicht hingewiesen worden sein, ist kein wirksamer Vertrag zustande gekommen.
Sollten Sie einen wirksamen Vertrag behaupten, fordere ich Sie auf, mir den entsprechenden Nachweis über den Vertragsschluss, den Preis, die Laufzeit, die automatische Verlängerung und die Beschriftung des Bestellbuttons vorzulegen.
Bitte erstatten Sie mir die 39,95 € innerhalb von 14 Tagen und bestätigen Sie die sofortige Beendigung des Abonnements. Einer weiteren Belastung meines PayPal-Kontos widerspreche ich ausdrücklich.
