Finger weg . Firma zieht Rücksendungen in die Länge um dann Fristversäumnis geltend zu machen und bietet trotz Rücksendung nur 40% Rückzahlung an obwohl die Ware bei Ihnen Fristgerecht eingegangen ist.

Als ich feststellte, dass ich mit Testlibrary in eine Abofalle getappt war, habe ich sofort per E-Mail gekündigt. Der E-Mail habe ich Screenshots der Bestellbestätigung und der Transaktionsnummer von paypal angehängt. Angeblich wurde dann mein User-Konto nicht gefunden und es wurden 39,95€ abgebucht. Erst das Beantragen der Rückerstattung über paypal hat dann funktioniert und ich erhielt schnell das Geld zurück.

Scammers. I can't remember ever signing up to their trial week. They don't send an email when the trial week ends, and they charge 40 pounds MONTHLY afterwards. You do get an email from PayPal confirming the transaction, but if you use PayPal for lots of transactions, like I do, it’s easy to miss, and they are definitely counting on people missing it. Also the website is called Test Library but the payments show up as Nordicalab on bank statements. EDIT: They've replied to my review and the other reviews reporting them as a scam, in order to look like a legit company but they are 100% scammers, lol

Kein Abbo und kein Vertrag. nach scheinheilgem IQ -Test für ..1,95 € monatlich 39,95 € Abbuchungen .Letze Buchung wurde nach mehreren Mails ( Anwalt informiert ) zurückbeszahlt. ACHTUNG...ABBOFALLE.
