They are SCAMMERS! Look them up on Redit and other places they scam people on a subscription charge for £39 a month after a £1.95 trial! You won't get your money back, evil people!

Had 2 payments go out my PayPal which I never did one for £39.97 and another for £109.95 trying to get my money back but getting nowhere saying they saying couldn’t find a order with the my email address! They won’t find one with my email address as it wasn’t me! No idea how I will get this money back but I’m going to be taking things further if no response as been ignored since I sent PayPal receipts also did a dispute with PayPal and the closed the case saying they was authorised clearly they wasn’t I need that money back asap so if you see this NORDICALAB please reply to my emails and get it sorted

Avoid at all costs! I have had 4 x payments of £39.95 taken from my bank account. I have had no explanation from them why these payments were taken and have received nothing in return. They apparently had my bank details because I purchased a £2 very quick online test from them. So nearly £160 taken without my permission with nothing to show for it!

A la hora de cobrarte están muy rápidos, pero luego se desentienden si tienes algún problema (alergia, subida de tensión) etc, no te hacen caso te dan largas te dicen que si quieres devolver el producto tiene que estar entero, pero eso es imposible si lo has probado, y te dicen que la devolución es Portu cuenta y ni así, llevo más de 2 meses detrás de ellos para que me devuelvan el dinero, y ni siquiera con el justificante de la devolución me lo han reembolsado, pero como piensen que voy a desistir van listos, seguiré insistiendo y cada anuncio que vea avisaré que es un fraude para que no les pase a otras persona

I'm currently trying to get a refund of 109 pounds that was taken from my PayPal account not authorised I payed 39.97 for some tablets then low and behold another purchase appeared for £109.95 I'm not getting any quick response from the company 109 is a large amount to an 80 yr old hope they can refund it soon,,IF! I get the monies owed to me asap i will then mention this on an add on my review and retract the above,If i dont get my money back i will put another review on each day to that effect,,I will give them a day or two to reply,,

I am still waiting for a resolution having returned items and not received a refund. I have tried numerous times to make contact through website. Not good enough.
