4 stars for the resolution they provided. This was a total scam and I was charged $39.00 every 2 weeks for about 2 months. I 100% didn't authorize it. I emailed them and they immediately refunded the one in progress. Then said the other 4 were already paid. I emailed back that they needed to send proof that I authorized it and asked again what they even were. They sent me their generic policy about auto pay and I replied that was a garbage response and was filing fraud with PayPal. They then replied and refunded all prior months, apologizing for the charges. All in all, a few back and forth emails to get all my money back wasn't too terrible. I still don't know what they actually are as they never did answer it. But 5 charges of $39.00 are all refunded.
