I have had a good experience in the past with Nooklyn. However, in one case, a realtor lied to tenants and hid the fact that construction will be in the backyard of a building in Astoria for the next 2.5 years, just to get a lease signed. I would be extra careful trusting their word. Please do your research on the city of NY website of what new buildings are going up, so you don't have to listen to construction every day.
