The feedback is personalized according to your situation. There are opportunities to bring issues up so the entire group can discuss possible solutions. Sean is very knowledgeable about nonprofit operations and governance roles and their interactions.

Nonprofit Fixer was an invaluable resource for me as the founder and CEO of the Wells International Foundation. Serving as executive director of a growth-phase nonprofit has required me to face several new challenges for which I had little to no experience. By generously sharing his vast experience in the nonprofit arena, Sean provided needed context to these challenges as well as clear, viable solutions to them. I highly recommend his training program.
