I have been waiting for a deposit for 2 days now, there is no information when making a deposit that the waiting time can be up to 5 days, this is absurd. If I wanted to play in 5 days, I would have deposited then, not earlier. I am very disappointed.

When you make a deposit on a casino site, I assume this is because you want to play at that moment. However, even though a first deposit was made a little while back - successful) my 2 deposits after did not came trough. 1 was cancelled but the other one pending more then 1,5 days ago. Talked to customer service yesterday - a woman - and she said it could take up to 3 hours. Which it didn't. Was granted 10 free spins, which does not make up for the fact my money is not in my account and not on my bank. Again contacted customer service, and there is nothing they can/will do. Not really felt heard with customer service (due to their restrictions possibly) but still...As a Senior Customer Service / Sales Support manager, I can honestly say - worst service I have experienced in a while. Not even apology bonus or whatever. So therefor leaving this review. Hopefully service can change for other "victims"

Hoe is het dat hun zoveel sterren krijgen . Als ze een kleine prijs moeten uitbetalen gelijk een probleem. Hebben ze wel opgelost . Daarna problemen met geld storten niet normaal. Ben hier misschien nog net 2 weken maar na 35 stortingen in een spel bonanza mogen ze die gokkast wel eens aanzetten. Ik ben er nog voor de loterij morgen van al die stortingen en dan ben ik er klaar mee . Wil die winnaars wel eens over een tijd zien wat ze dan schrijven over dit casino .

Ik heb zojuist aantal keer geld opgewaardeerd, ik had een leuke bonus gewonnen. Echter bleef dit op “bonus tegoed” staan. Er was een soort bonus aan het aftellen, ik snapte hier niks van. Aantal dagen later is mijn bonus tegoed verlopen en is dus mijn verdiende geld weg. Ik las mij in. Blijkbaar zat ik op 15% van het totale speel tegoed, ik had dus mijn bonus geld moeten uitspelen tot 100%. Heel erg onduidelijk. Als dit duidelijk genoeg was, had ik misschien een leuk bedrag kunnen uitkeren. Jammer hiervan.
