they stay in touch with you untill you receive the product. they are interested in whether the product worked for you or not .I used one prduct i got from no leaky it worked for a while but the sensor came back on after a month so i'm going to try a second dose i'll let you know how it works out

Bought EGRValve cleaner, early days yet, but certainly not having as many faults, also appears to have improved my fuel consumption. So quite pleased with the product. I would recommend it for EGR faults.
