Amazing place. Daughter is having the greatest time and learning so much. She's had so much more confidence in herself and learning respect and discipline. The coaches/teachers there are the greatest.

No joke a went in and got a minted sookie aff some mad bodybuilder. Would 100% recommend this if ur either gay or just want a wee quicky

They offered a free session & we liked the idea of "trying before buying". Our daughter enjoyed it, so we signed her up. They offer many class sessions at different age groups. Danny is great with kids & they are eager to learn from him. Older students sometimes help with larger classes. It's enjoyable to watch them practice & learn. Highly recommend

No Joke is really No Joke. The staff are extremely excellent trainers who push you to your limit. Aiming to get you in the best shape of your life.

Excellent experience all around! Classes are great. People are great. Absolutely the best place for kids to learn martial arts, respect, self-defense, integrity & the importance of exercise! No Joke is the best!!
