Trenchless Pipe Lining LLCReviews of nodigpiperepair.com

I highly recommend Trenchless Pipe Repair LLC. We needed repairs to the cast iron pipes at a rental property, and after looking at the traditional option of going through the foundation to replace the pipes, I decided to use the trenchless method. I am very glad I did. The trenchless repair was significantly less expensive than traditional pipe replacement and avoided major disruption to the property. With a traditional repair, I would have needed to relocate my tenant during the work and then deal with substantial additional costs to repair flooring and other areas of the interior afterward. Being a rental property, minimizing the disruption to my tenant while still making a quality, long-term repair was extremely important to me. Everyone at Trenchless Pipe Repair LLC was excellent to work with, from the office staff (Lauren) to the technicians performing the work. From my very first inquiry through the estimate and repair process, they provided plenty of information, explained my options, and answered my questions so I could make an informed decision without feeling pressured. As a landlord, I feel confident that trenchless repair was the best solution for this situation. It allowed me to address a serious cast iron pipe problem while avoiding much of the expense, property damage, and tenant disruption that would have come with traditional pipe replacement. I had a very positive experience with Trenchless Pipe Repair LLC and would definitely recommend them to other property owners, especially landlords dealing with cast iron pipe problems in an occupied rental property

We had a major plumbing issue when a young child staying with us flushed something down the upstairs guest bathroom toilet, blocking a main 4" line and cutting off use of two bathrooms. Thankfully, we found Select Trenchless Pipelines. From the beginning, I was impressed that they had access to specialized robotic tools (the Dan Claw and Dan Grabber/Claw) designed for tough obstructions. On their first visit, the line was too full to get a clear visual, so those tools couldn’t be used. Lesser companies might have given up—but these guys worked tirelessly all day before regrouping with us to plan a second attempt. Before they came back, I rented a trash pump and had a suction hose ready. When they returned, they didn’t hesitate to crawl back under the house, insert the hose, and keep pushing until—finally—they dislodged the item wedged deep inside a second 90° turn. After days without two bathrooms, we were beyond relieved! What impressed me most was their persistence and fairness. They quoted us a flat rate upfront—only payable if they were successful. Even though it took two trips and an incredible amount of effort on their part, they honored that agreement. In today’s world, it’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise, persistence, and integrity like Select Trenchless Pipelines. They didn’t quit until the job was done, and we are so grateful. Highly recommended!

Trenchless Pipe Lining LLC provided excellent service. The technicians were polite and professional, used quality equipment, and completed the job efficiently. Their follow-up was courteous and not pushy, and they were very responsive throughout the process. Highly recommend!
