Orthodoxy gives you a follow up appt around 2 months from one to another,my son has his braces like 4 years and all the time I asked about how much more time and they always told me maybe 6 months more and I'm stuck with them because the insurance don't give option to change ortho!!!!

Went to the office, registered and got xrays and approvals for Apicoectomy only to be told a few days before that the oral surgeon can't do the procedure at the office because they don't have the tools. Unbelievable.

Wait times are extremely long. They schedule way too many people for the timeslot and as a result you end up getting seen over 2 hours after your allotted time. This makes it frustrating for busy professionals who sometimes have to take time out of work to attend appointments. Other dentist offices are doing better, their appointment times start and end on time, so there is no reason this practice should be an exception. Perhaps implement enahnced technology to better keep track of scheduling and appointment management and have the specialty dentists available for more than just 1 day.

Doesn't pay attention what she is doing. Especially not checking when she gave me a needle to make me feel numb which was rush. I felt alot of pain and literally ask why I screamed. Seriously I was in pain and she is supposed to be a dentist. Can't set her main priority straight. She just care about money than caring her patients while rushing her job.
