August 1st, 2019 Dear Dental Health Associates:Irvingtin,NJ Office, Your an excellent place of business for dental work. My only complaint and this this is a big complaint is that there is no judgements for all of the work done in my mouth to the muslim religion that I can and should visiblelly see. Also there needs to be visible differences of improvement within my mouth and teeth and or solutions that grant improvement charged to the people (people can equal me)and there children( children can equal teeth). I might have to transfer myself to the State of NJ Dental Office @ University Hospital for better health of my mouth and teeth. Sincerelly, Miss Evette Calen Feagin

I love my dentist Dr. Johnson. He is very professional and so very personable. This dental office was my childhood orthodontist. I returned to this office back in 2006 and now all of my children are here. My daughter doesn't want anyone but Dr. Johnson working on her. I love that the office is not overly packed the way it used to be. We aren't waiting for nearly 2 hours to be seen. My wait time this time around was only 15minutes (while they checked my insurance). What can be improved is the 24 hour call confirmation call prior to your appointment. That didn't happen for me this time around. All in all, much better service and not too crowded.

Staff are friendly, dentist office is clean. Staff would calm your nerves down. I give this Dentist office thumb up!

There has to be a better way for the primary answering service to reach out to the North Brunswick office. This will avoid unnecessary tension when a walk-in needs to comes in. The North Brunswick office is very busy. My son doesn’t like the feeling he got last time when he came in as a walk in. It’s not no ones fault. I think there needs to be a better way to communicate with the office.

The dentist's make me feel comfortable. I just don't appreciate the long waiting time.

I have dental insurance and I still have to pay for a cleaning. Does not make sense.
