It was my wife first time at this Dentist, the receptionist staff were welcoming. However, after making an appointment and arriving early as told i had to wait over an hour to actually clean my teeth. They took dental x-rays and then placed me in the chair. There was no explanation as to why i was waiting so long, to the point they called my husband to sit with me and he finally asked whats taking so long and she said the Dentist was busy. When the dentist finally came she spent less than 3mins in my mouth, my teeth didn't feel clean at all and my gums and LIP were bruised. After the cleaning my face and neck was soaked from the equipment spilling water. She then went to clean my husband teeth and i was asking her information. She didnt have time to speak to me , the dental assistant i presumed was the one who told me i had other things to do so i had to come back. This was my wife fist time but i always see the hygienist and never had this type of care before.

The office staff were nice. However, the filling I had with Dr. Spring left me with extreme tooth pain. I returned to the office and recieved antibiotics and a OTC pill combination to take for pain and mouth rinse. I was supposed to see the Endodontist which never got schedule after inquiring several times about the my appointment status. I called my insurance company to refer me to another location. I was told the pain was coming from a nerve that was hit and after 2 months of trying to easy the pain and tooth sensitivity and taking medication. I decided to have the tooth extracted. I couldn't take the pain anymore! It got worse everyday.

I keep being told that I can’t get a Saturday appt but I know ppl who do. I went for a fill-in and my tooth has been in pain since but since I can’t keep using my time from work I can’t go and get it checked out. It’s an inconvenient place. It was easier to keep the cavity...at least then I had no pain. I’ve already had to use 2 different days of work time to get this matter addressed. I need a new dental office at this point.

The customer service my daughter received was terrible...I have been going to this dentist with my kids for a long time, but the workers at the desk has the worse attitudes. Really thinking about changing location.

The secretaries are always in a mood like if they don’t like their job and gives the patients attitude. It’s so unprofessional
