they're not accommodating to my child with autism.

Waited far too long than I’m accustomed to in the 20 years I’ve been a patient in this office. There were very few patients before me yet it took almost an hour before my X-rays were done. I was told by the X-ray tech that there was another person in the office qualified to do X-rays so why the wait? This visit took 2 hours, normally I’m in and out with a routine cleaning in 60+ minutes.

Everytime we go in for an appointment that is scheduled months ahead we are made to sit an hour over the appointment time just to be seen by the doctors and then the treatment.. Then what is the purpose of a time based appointment?

Money over people....lost Medicaid mid.proceedure... due to a new job root canal and they wouldn't fix it like they left two holes in my mouth....waiting on new job ons. To kick on next month stuck w them.....till then never again....

The staff were all very friendly and the appointment ran efficiently. The reason for 2 stars is because I went here for my first time for a regular check up and they didn’t end up cleaning my teeth. X-rays were completed and a quick exam by the dentist, however, right after the dentist finished his exam, the assistant said I was all finished. I then asked about my cleaning and she said there was no hygienist available and I could make an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. When I said to both her and another employee at the front desk that I’ve never been to dentist appointment where my teeth weren’t cleaned, neither of them seemed phased by my statement and told me I could make an appointment for that. I wish I would have asked more questions, but I won’t be returning to this office moving forward.

Darrell is five years old they sent him to the adult side and he was not happy. He would not let them examine him. Bad experience the Dr asked the hygienist was he autistic I felt that was very unprofessional of her. If he was it would have been in his chart or me ask his mother would of told her that.

This dentist has as a very fast turn over ,its hard to keep one dentist for the complete treatment plan. They are always crowded long wait times. Dentists are only there on certain days .They rush you in and out like an assembly line.

I really don't like writing reviews but for this I will do so. I gave this rating because of my daughter's dentist, Dr. Monka. He has no bedside manner, wouldn't acknowledge parents or child when he walks into the room, flat affect and spends less than 5 minutes with daughter then takes his leave to be on his phone. This is not my first encounter with this dentist. I don't think he is a kid friendly dentist. The hygienists are the best, and my son's dentist who is a female.
