The ordering was easy, pick up was convenient for me, however when I gave them to my wife as a gift they were a little big. I emailed asking how I could exchange them for a half size smaller, NO RESPONSE. I emailed 2 days later saying I was going out if the country is there a way to do this before I leave ir after I get back, NO RESPONSE. They did however email me 3 times to take this survey. So im taking it!!!

I have purchased two pairs of shoes from Nix and Ness and I love them both! The shoes are high quality, really cute, comfy, and true to size. My orders shipped very quickly and were nicely packaged in the best shoe box I’ve ever seen.

I chose the Sojourner Truth style - such a classic but with a twist of fun on the heel! They were delivered in a cute box with a nice handwritten note. The epitome of customer service!
