DO NOT TRUST NIVESHARTHA Do not engage with Niveshartha or pay them any money. They misuse their SEBI Research Analyst license (INH000010041) to deceive clients into paying massive subscription fees under false promises. I was contacted by their representative who lured me with promises of high automated profits and "loss recovery" through an Algo-Trading system. They pushed me to pay ₹1,18,000 as a software fee and convinced me to link their API to my Angel One trading account. Instead of generating profits, their automated system wiped out ₹75,000 of my hard-earned capital through continuous, unapproved option trades. Major Illegal Practices: Guaranteed Returns: Promising fixed daily/monthly returns to sell expensive subscriptions (Violates SEBI Code of Conduct). Unauthorized Trade Execution: Linking third-party APIs to manage client accounts without individual 2FA approvals (Research Analysts are legally barred from executing trades under SEBI rules). No Support After Payment: Once they collect your money, support vanishes and reps pressuring you to invest "more funds to recover losses." This is predatory mis-selling. I am filing formal complaints with the SEBI SCORES Portal, the Bengaluru Cyber Crime Cell, and Angel One's Compliance & Fraud Division. Save your money and stay far away from this company!
