Alternator Adjustment Bar (belt tension bracket)
The ordering process and delivery was timely and simple. As well, the part was the right one, fit well, and was well made. I have had the bracket in for a month now and it is working well. Things that could have been improved: The site, while easy to navigate, appears to not have the aesthetic that newer more modern sites and applications do. That gave me pause and I almost went with Amazon. Though, my desire to not have a cheaply made part was what kept me with your site. I am always leery of payments and payment processes outside of Apple and a few very specific vendors. Ensuring the payment processing section of your site looks professional and is up to date with modern payment methods that allow less protected use of a debit or credit card and the more protected methods like Apple Pay or Google Pay and maybe one or two in between gives me more comfort as a first time user of your site. Now that I have the experience with your site, I will be more likely to return.
