Part on website is not actually available - order cancelled 2 days later
They allowed me to order a part that isn't available. Why mislead a customer? Seriously this has cost me 3+ days of being unable to drive my truck because I now have to find somebody that actually has the part. Shame on them for the deceit of allowing the purchase of a part that they cannot fulfill.

Sending wrong part but putting blame on custome used the info on their website.
The part info, wiper's refills, on their website shows they fit with the make and model of my car but it's not. Ended up I received a wrong part but they won't issue a free return and keep saying the part is correct when I ordered. This online store is not the same as before that I used to know. Be aware their misleading part info and not taking responsibilities. And by the way, it took longer shipping time as someone experienced.

Scammer unethical company
Scammer unethical company. This company sends out the wrong car parts and never accepts any returns. Find a different company that is ethical and sends correct car parts or at least accepts returns when they make a mistake. This company needs to be reported to BBB and not be permitted to operate in the U.S.

terrible customer service. wrong parts.
I got some parts per vin number, and they were incorrect. Come to find out their catalog is incorrect, and these parts do not go to my vin number. I triple checked the axle and vin number and it is all stock and matches the vin number of the vehicle. I even called my local dealership and they confirmed everything for me. Trying to contact this company is almost impossible. If you call the phone number you cannot talk to a real person and if you do, they just transfer you around to people or tell you to submit a form on their website. once you submit a form on their website, they contact you within 4-6 business days and they contact you with a "no-reply" email. You can't respond to the email because it is a "no-reply", so you have to resubmit a form on their website which they respond within 4-6 days. I finally submitted an RMA request which they file as "no longer need" so they can charge me 20% restock fee and I pay shipping cost. After everything I will be $120 dollars into this for the wrong parts because their system is faulty/incorrect. The worst company I have ever done business with hands down.

I ordered some parts from them and received them pretty quickly. One of the parts was a rubber seal. It came packaged in a clear plastic bag tied closed with a twist tie. The seal was twice as long as the bag, so it was bent in half to fit in the bag. This was not a problem, as it is very soft rubber and extremely flexible. The seals has 5 locating/mounting pins embedded in the rubber. I removed the twist tie from the bag and removed the seal to install it. This was when I found out that 4 of the pins were in the wrong location to be able to fit it in to the car. I don’t know if it was just a defective part, or if it was a mislabeled part. I contacted them to do an RMA to exchange it for the correct part. They emailed me back and stated that they needed (and this is a copy and paste from their email) “Your RMA request requires images of the part(s), packaging, and labels.
Please be sure to capture images of the part numbers on the labels as well.”.
I provided 4 pictures of the parts, packaging and labels. I also provided 4 photos of me holding the part next to where it was supposed to go, clearly showing that the pins did not line up with the holes.
They emailed me back and said they wouldn’t honor the RMA because (another copy and paste from their email) “-It has been installed, altered, used, or otherwise no longer in brand new condition.
- Any opened packages or unsealed items.” This part was NEVER installed or used because it WILL NOT FIT THE CAR. Yes, the package was opened (by untwisting the twist tie) but was never torn or cut in any way. I called their customer non-service to inquire as to why they wouldn’t accept the return. She simply stated what they had emailed me. I told here this part was never installed because it won’t fit, and she said but the package had been opened. How stupid are these people? You can’t know if you have a wrong part if you don’t take it out of the package. I asked her if I put the twist tie back on the bag would they take it back. She said no, the package had been opened. WHHHAAAAATTTT???

Really terrible service
Really terrible service, if you want a part go somewhere else. Took over a week just to have an order confirmed.
