It was sent to the wrong address. I attempted to email customer service and did not get an answer. My new mailing address is: 3520 Prescott Dr. Columbia, MO 65201 But the package was sent to: 702 Wakefield Dr. Apt B Rolla, MO 65401 The package has not been forwarded and I am having trouble contacting the Rolla Post Office.

They lie about shipping dates. You call customer service and get the run around. I called about a week old shipping date and t they said it would not ship for 5 more days when I wanted to cancel order they switched to someone else who said it shipped that morning they could not tell me when I would get it for 24 hours so it could be another week .they took my money the day after I ordered it. D0 Not Buy From These People

The part was wrong. The label on the box indicates that it is the part I ordered, but the part inside the box was a different part. You have the box labeled wrong or you put the wrong part in the box. I had to order a different part from another company. I will not be ordering from you again, and I will advise others to not order from you also. I can include the part I ordered and the part that was sent, if need be.

When ordering the parts it looked as though the 4 pieces I needed where part of set, (4). Was surprised to see that I just paid over 4$ for a little piece of plastic and your shipping and handling is just stupid. But what are we do to? You got us by the short hairs.
