Their prices are a lie and customer service is as reliable as my broken Nissan. After almost 6 weeks of waiting without a part or any idea where it is, I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER WEEK to get my refund. Was charged $250+ for a part than was sent an email the next day saying I had to pay a $80 “fee difference” because they decided to ramp their prices overnight after I already paid. Worst experience buying anything online

Ordered a part, they charged my credit card, and then sent emails saying I needed to send more money in order to get the part. Customer Service was rude and didn't care.

Worst place ever to order from. Ordered parts from them over a month ago. Part of it came in two weeks. The other package got lost. Had to wait another two weeks. Package arrived and it was smashed to about a 1/4” high. Nothing inside the box to protected it and pieces of my order missing. They are not a dealership so don’t get fooled they’re just a middle man that buys parts from different dealerships and then charge a ridiculous amount to ship to you. Avoid these people like Covid. Not worth what you think your saving because it cost just as much from the dealership once you add the excessive amount for shipping…

I asked customer service to return an anopened item as I will not be able to use it and did not even receive a respond. What a horrible customer service!

Less than 1 star. Ordered a $175 visor which I was sent the incorrect visor for my vehicle. Simply because the plastic wrap around the visor was opened they will not return or exchange. The visor was never installed and is brand new. They've stolen $175. Complete illegitimate company.

Ordered the hook part for a sun visor. They sent one that was clearly smaller than the original and would not fit correctly. Emailed customer service and provided picture that shows its not the same size so therefore not the correct part. All they said was you were given the correct part. They would not let me return it or give me a refund. I wouldn't trust ANYTHING ordered from this site to be the correct part.
