Terrible customer services. I signed up for rent reporting and they never reported anything. They just referred me over their partner boom. Apart from that i can’t seem to get the service canceled. They have been charging me for the past two months. I’ve been emailing their customer service email but I never get a response back. At this point they are just stealing my money. Ridiculous! Stay away!!

Love the customer service that they provide for both me and my guest. If you are looking for a Airbnb management company check them out. Also see if you can become a beta tester for their Airbnb digital guidebook.

Cant wait for the launch. I see a-lot of potential for this guestbook. As an airbnb host, this is a well needed service for Airbnb Host.

If you're looking for a Airbnb Management company in Detroit, check out Niruu. The customer service is great. They provide 24/7 guest communication and their rates are fair.
