NinjaVAReviews of ninjava.com

We run a small exterior cleaning company in Pasadena, and NinjaVA matched us with Shilloah as our virtual assistant this October. She was ready to work from the first week and picked up our systems quickly. She now handles our customer calls, quote follow-ups and scheduling, and keeps clear notes in Jobber after every call, so nothing falls through the cracks. Her follow-ups have helped us book several jobs that might otherwise have gone cold. She’s friendly and professional with customers and easy to work with. As the owner, having someone reliable on the phones means I can spend more time on the jobs themselves. The onboarding process with NinjaVA was smooth and they were responsive when we had questions. I’d recommend them to any small service business that needs dependable front-desk help.

Oh my gosh… using NinjaVA has truly changed my life!! My business coach recommended them to me and it has been the best investment I have made!! To get such a phenomenal assistant at such an affordable price has been unreal!! My VA is amazing. She has kept me organized and she’s very techy to handle all things AI and reporting for me! She makes my social media posts and she even set us up so that we have our domain email accounts instead of a gmail one!!

I’m incredibly appreciative of Ninja VA and their entire team. From the beginning, they were thorough in their build-out and presentation process. They took the time to understand exactly what my pain points were, what our team needed help with, and where we wanted to grow. This allowed them to tailor the right VA to our specific needs. What stands out to me about Ninja VA is that they don’t simply assign someone to you. They take the time to find a VA with the right experience, knowledge, and ability to take initiative, make decisions, and take responsibility and accountability in areas where I may need additional support. As we continue to grow, I feel like our VA and our team are growing together. That has made a meaningful difference in how we operate and where we are headed. I’m extremely happy with Ninja VA, and I trust their team wholeheartedly. I give them 5 stars and highly recommend Ninja VA to anyone who is ready to make a positive change, strengthen their team, and find the right support for their business.

Quin and Brandon and the whole team at Ninja VA are rockstars! So excited to get started on my journey. I SO appreciate the care they have taken to help a super busy stressed out business owner off load some important tasks. I highly recommend Ninja VA!

Working with NinjaVA has been one of the better decisions we have made for our operations. Three virtual assistants now support the processes that let us grow while staying lean, and the difference shows in how our systems run day to day. Much of the credit goes to our guide at Ninja, Megan Biro. She took the time to understand our business and what we actually needed, rather than dropping in a generic solution. Her guidance has been excellent, and she has consistently supported our goals instead of selling us on hers. The broader team matches that standard. They are responsive, they provide real oversight, and the whole experience has been a supportive one. For any contractor considering a VA, the quality of the partnership matters as much as the placement itself. NinjaVA gets both right.

Best decision I ever made for my business. I was doing ALL the work answering the calls working with customers running a storefront and doing mobile business. Now I have the freedom to focus on the work and spend my time in growing the company. Thanks, Megan.

NinjaVA made the whole process of finding my first VA a real breeze. They're supportive of both the clients and the VA's and it really feels like a win/win/win situation. I'm so glad to be working with NinjaVA!

Megan made the entire process of hiring a VA absolutely seamless and spectacular. ✨ We are so happy with our new assistant and look forward to having them help out with even more of our business. The fit is great and we will be here for the long term!
