Please read this and not the FAKE REVIEWS! Because of my treatment by NINBET casino, I thought I would warn any prospective clients on NINBET.COM and save them from wasting their money and time on a non-genuine, unfair, and positively scam worthy site. So, this is what happened….I did my research, checked reviews, and feedback info and decided on NINBET.COM casino. They are relatively small company who offers some very nice deposit bonuses, and layered gaming bonuses giving free spins and cash based on your game play. The casino looks good, has lots of providers and plenty of the usual mainstream games that you will find on any good online casino. The casino states it has a licence based in Costa Rica, has a 24/7 customer support live chat, and allows VPN. Customer reviews state great site, lots of different gaming platforms such as slots, poker, and sports betting. So far, so good I thought…So I signed up and deposited claiming the 100% bonus as well as 20 free spins on Wild Cash slot game, nice I thought! As the night went on, I actually started winning, and over 2 days managed to get my winnings up to 13000 Euros, as you can imagine I was ecstatic with this result however, I was a little dubious whether the casino would pay me out as I have been scammed by other casinos out of thousands, as they always have a little something up their sleeves that will stop them paying out any winnings. With this in mind, I spoke at length to their customer services live chat and clarified with them that I had met the conditions of the bonus including playthrough, and that I was fully verified (I was) and that the winnings were withdrawable, which they assured me that all was good and I could withdraw my winnings but only 2000 per day, which I was good with. The very next day my NINBET account was blocked, I couldn’t withdraw any winnings or play any games etc. I contacted their live chat and asked what the issue was with my account. I was informed that it was a maintenance issue, and everything would be fine ‘soon’, and I should email their office, which I did (several times) and no reply. Finally, I emailed them that if they didn’t explain why my account was blocked I would be posting on every social media outlet how I had been treated, this finally got a reply from a lady called Ms Janet Harper on behalf of NINBET casino. Ms Harper informed me that I had violated the bonus rules and that I would not be keeping my winnings, because I had played a BGaming slot game ‘WILD CASH’ (the 20 x 10p free spins given to me by NINBET) which apparently is prohibited according to the terms of the bonus and cannot be played if you use a deposit bonus; terms I had no idea of as they have more than one set of T&Cs and the bonus was added via live chat who did not give me any information when it was added. They also have a very long list of prohibited games such as you can’t play Jackpot games, Megaways, all turbo games, and approximately 250 named games, making virtually impossible not to violate bonus rules and therefore, they don’t have to pay you out. So, at the end of several more emails disputing their reasons for NOT allowing me to withdraw my winnings, they took my 13000 Euros and left me 101.00 which was also bonus money and required 20x playthrough (yawn). I would warn anyone thinking of using a NON-GAMSTOP casino to check them out thoroughly before depositing a single penny, because you will not see it again, and you will not get any winnings either (if you are lucky enough to win any) and definitely, definitely avoid NINBET casino, as they are just another online scamming casino.

Hello guys. I was make a lot of deposit but if im win any money and try to windraw to my account it’s take long time and after they cancel my windraw without any reason until you lose your balance ! I was asking block my account but one one take any action on this i was sent many emails to support but so far no one answer for me ! They don’t care they care much you lose money ! They do everything to avoid pay money for you ! Please don’t play and avoid this casinos ! Always low paying bonuses, never ever win, don't even think they are regulated? Would never use them again, seems like a scam to me.

This casino is an absolute scam. I do not really know how does it come it has so many positive reviews. They have rejected my withdrawal requests 10 times despite the fact my account is fully verified. They are giving a lot of excuses starting from overload in the queue of processing withdrawals,withdrawal payment provider had a maintenance etc. Customer support is a nightmare they shouldn't be called support as they are not helping at all, apart from keep saying please send an email and you will never get reply anyway. They have a lack of respect and treat you like you are rubbish. They shouldn't be called a casino, unbelievable that such a things like that can happen. It looks like money go only one way. Stay away from these thiefs in a white gloves. Better give that money to people in need. I have submitted a complain against them as this is unacceptable. Ninbet you should be ashamed.

This was a horrible experience. Live chat support was completely immature and rude the moment I tried to redeem a promo that I received in an email. Once I asked to claim my promo I was immediately kicked out of the chat and blocked from joining any future live chats.... When I tried to email the support team I was just completely ignored. This place is awful and it's ran by staff that treat people like trash. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
