If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve tried to initiate a return by emailing them, as their website instructs you to do so, and I have gotten no response. The wallet is terrible quality.

Received as a Christmas present from my wife. It was not what we were expecting and although the website notes a 45 day return policy there is no address or phone number and they do not seem to respond to emails.

Never received my wallet and they don't respond to my emails.

Order the wallet on November 28th. It has been in transit since November 30th. And has not showen up almost a month later. I have emailed them and got one response in December 14th that said I should see it in 4 days. I jave not received in yet on December 29th. I emailed them and asked to cancel my order and never got a response. Will never buy from this company again

This is very clearly a scam company. Nimalist advertises "Hassle-Free Shipping" all over their website. Upon receiving my item, I've tried to initiate a return through their FAQ returns procedure, which involves emailing them and waiting up to 3 business days for a response. I have made 4+ attempts through email and social media over two weeks and have not heard anything from them. Do not fall into the trap of ordering from a shady company. Heed all these warnings and take your business elsewhere!

Horrible plastic quality, definitely a rip off. Wish I would have read the reviews before buying, will never buy from them again-stated to be leather but obviously cheap plastic. Stay away from this company.

Unbelievable that this company shows almost 5 star reviews however, there is no access to the reviews. I will be returning these two pieces of junk a key tag and a wallet. I'll be returning asap..

Dreadful. Cannot believe how awful the wallet was I purchased. It was supposed to be a present for my husband. It’s going in the bin! Wish I had read the reviews first!
