Nickel & dime fee fraudster company
Federal guidelines for a CMV ignored! Nickel & dime fee fraudster company, poor business practices. Won’t answer questions or clarify policy definitions. Absolutely the worst customer service. They harassed us for working for a living & defined our vehicle commercial if we drive it to work. Absolutely fraudulent practices. Multiple residents have large trucks & are not impeding other residents. They are running a scam.
