Northgate's Secrecy and Environmental Concerns Raise Red Flags
I was really worried about how secretive Northgate was about how they do things and how they didn't seem to care much about following environmental rules. The owner wasn't a great leader and didn't seem to care about what customers thought, which made it clear that they cared more about making money than protecting the environment. When I asked about how they dispose of the waste and other eco-friendly stuff, they didn't give clear answers and just tried to avoid the question. The owner seemed more interested in talking about himself than about how the company affects the environment.
