What a rip off NFL is stealing your money you can only watch games that Are already local televised

This app is terrible. If I can get it working there are commercials in every broadcast. This is fraud. I have never been able to get it working without hours and hours of frustration. You can't contact a person, only a useless bot that send the information. Nothing they offer in the advertising is true. What a rip off.

The app is terrible. We paid 29.99 and have not been able to see one game. We were able to hear the game one time but we could not see it. Waste of money

This is the most corrupt sports organization I have ever seen. They promise you can watch your team the truth is you can’t because there are so many exclusions that you seldom get to watch your team. They are not about fans they are only about money so they will offer you everything and give you little or nothing all the while pocketing your cash. Think of it this way it’s the supper bowl and you bought the last ticket available it was costly but it will be worth it. But when you get to your seat there is a wall in between you and the field so all you can do is hear the cheers never see the action you complain and the NFL says shut up and enjoy the game your at the super bowl man. I subscribed for NFL + trial and cancelled the same month. I just found out they’ve been billing me monthly even though my account is cancelled. There is nobody to contact for customer service just awful!!!

The damn thing doesn’t work. I understand that you can’t watch the games live, but it promised that you could watch them 10-min after they end. Not true. For three weeks I tried this feature. It took up to 12-hours for you to be able to watch them and never less than 4-hours. If you like watching games a day after and after you’ve seen the final score on FB or other game updates—this is for you. Tech support consists of chatting with a bot who keeps asking the same questions with no solution. Emailing them means you will get a scripted response from a “person” who tells you to go to the chat. They make their money off dumbasses (like me) who didn’t read reviews before subscribing.

I wish I could give this service ZERO STARS. The app is stealing my money! I tried the 7 day trial, then I changed it to the 9.99 a month to see more games. It was a complete joke! No games. The video and audio were non existent. I went to cancel the subscription, after I canceled the subscription it completely deleted my account. I keep getting charged even after canceled. I am furious! They are stealing money from me and have the past two months. Finding help/customer support is nearly impossible…I am going to cry. STAY AWAY FROM NFL+!!!!

The worst. They only give access to games you don’t want to watch. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Money. Impossible to cancel and get a refund.
