Signing up for NFL Network, they promote as you can watch or keep up with your favorite team play. They LIE. You are not able to pick what games you can watch. You can google the same information for free, download free apps to listen to local radio stations. They are not offering anything more then you get with your local cable networks. They black out games and when you complain they do not refund your money. Just another money grab by the NFL “National Fraud League”. Don’t waste your money.

The nfl officials push teams to win the pass interference call was ridiculous in eagles game and they do it against the commanders

AFFORDABLE AND HORRIBLE. Canceled less than one day of"service" Over one hour of that time was figuring out how to cancel. ZERO stars for sure, do not believe I have ever reviewed a product that was worse.

What is the point of paying for a subscription to nfl+ when it only shows the local games already on basic cable? Essentially, asking for you to pay extra for them to provide nothing.

I concur with all the other 1 star reviews. I just don’t get it. I have not been able to watch a single game. Can listen but can’t watch. I believe this was a case of false advertising.

Probably the worst nfl streaming service. I have yet to be able to watch a single game on the service since we bought in week 1. No access to games, no access to replays unless you buy the plus premium package. At this point I do not understand what is the point of plus at all.

I have had the NFL+ Premium subscription, which renewed 09/26/2022, for $79.99. Upon renewing I could no longer use the service. Each time I attempted to watch a game that had already aired, full or condensed, I am prompted to pay for services to watch any already aired game. I went through the online help center and followed any instructions I could… my email address is not hidden (subscribed through Apple), receive error when selecting to restore purchases. Tried logging in and out. Ensured app is up to date, reset password, tried from iPhone, Roku, and compute… legit all the things that were suggested. When no troubleshooting worked, I submitted a support request through the site. Through that request I detailed the technical issues I was having, the steps I’d take to resolve… that did not work, provided screenshots, including financial details showing the withdrawal of funds from my account. EVERYTHING!!!! I was then sent a macro reply, pasted straight from the help center article, with the same instructions that were detailed in my message as being tried and having failed. No personalization whatsoever. In the response I received it said to let them know if I had any further trouble… I did. That request was never responded to, instead I received the notification of the ticket closer and received a CSAT (customer satisfaction) request, laughable! I sent in a new request, another macro reply, unpersonalized with the same steps I tried… wash, rinse, repeat…. More than a dozen emails sent. They finally cancelled my subscription, letting me know I can still use it until September 2023, again laughable, as it DOESN’T work!! No confirmation of refund, still no working subscription. A number to call to speak to someone…. No!!! A trick number to frustrate you more!! Call it so you can hear a recording telling you to visit the nfl website to view help center articles or submit a support request…. LAUGHABLE!!!!!!! So you can send over a dozen emails, without any actual support. Needless to say, it’s been literal weeks of falling behind in games, at this point even if I could catch up on games, I’m done. I’m done supporting a multibillion dollar organization that can’t even pay people well enough to provide any type of support, or to let you speak with an actual person when you have an account that you’ve paid for. What do they care?! They’ll keep making their billions. But my Dallas stickers are coming off my car… no hate to the players… and I won’t be watching another game, ever. — officially, no longer a fan
