Signed up for nfl+ annual. It doesn't work. No help available. No refund option. Can cancel, but no refund. Says I have access to my canceled subscription for a year. Horrible business! Horrible that they are allowed to operate this way! Do not use this service.

NFL Customer Service
I purchased NFL+ a month ago for my son to watch NFL games. He has yet been able to get into it to watch anything. I just spent 30 minutes or more trying to help him. Usually there is a customer support number to call where you can get help. The only number I can find, directs you back to the app and the help support. I had already tried that with several different wordings of the problem. The link just continued to cycle back to the same questions or tell me it didn’t understand. Worst customer care I ever found for anything I’ve ever needed help with.

I just paid for a year subscription to…
I just paid for a year subscription to only be able to watch redzone or NFL today highlights live. Every game I try to watch told me I have to log into CBS app, fox app, etc, to watch the game. Canceling immediately. Due to the lag during registration, I ended up getting charged twice. Once thru Amazon and once directly thru nfl app. Per their policy, double charging is a reasonable reason for refund. However, they will NOT refund the double charge for the yearly fee, insisting I have to get the refund thru Amazon. The site itself is bad enough, but the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Every aspect of this experience was beyond awful. A company that refuses to stand by their own policy is nothing short of a scam. Never again.

Horrible
Was excited because I only have antenna TV and I would finally have a place to watch my Kansas City Chiefs. First game not available, spent most of the first quarter trying to figure out how to get the game on. Canceled right away, ridiculous… It’s apparently a scam.

NFL + is a SCAM
NFL + is a SCAM. I'm writing this for anyone that is as dumb as myself evidently... Someone that just purchased NFL+ or is considering purchasing the service. WRONG. CANCEL the subscription NOW (and make sure to remove payment method before cancelling). The actual function of the streaming service is just ok...some glitchyness...kind of like when HBO app first came out. It might boot you off right before kickoff...might not be in HD all game...that kinda thing. IF your internet is slow, you won't like the NFL app or the streaming service. However, the REAL scam is the billing and customer support of NFL + by NFL.com.
What NFL.com doesn't tell you is that the NFL+ subscription is SEASONAL and not ANNUAL. So, don't be expecting to buy it in June or whenever and have access until the following June (even if the commercial says Annual or Yearly). Nope...you get like two months in your ANNUAL subscription, but they bill you full price...AGAIN. I was lucky enough to catch them before they could "autorenew" a second ANNUAL subscription- that in reality isn't even semi-annual. But, you can best believe that NFL.com will have their online setting set to autorenew according to previous payment method. They will take your money for poor and fraudulent service provided...no problem for them whatsoever.
They insult you with lies in emails for over a month (because that's how long you'll be emaling them), avoiding any evidence on their website of your subscription being denoted online (BY THEM) as an ANNUAL NFL+ premium subscription. Their BOT is useless and they don't really have a phone customer support line that works.
They also avoided any emails forwarded to them by myself that I received from their own NFL.com rep- telling me that I indeed have access until 2024 (the following year). I did this THE DAY after I signed up, and this was what I was told.....by their own NFL.com rep. So, I stayed with the subscription and didn't cancel immediately...only to find out a couple months later that I had been conned for an annual/yearly subscription that was only for a couple of months. Customer support won't even comment on this forwarded email...they just ignore it as if you never forwarded it to them, nor actually received it from their own customer support representative.
NFL+ is a scam. Don't go through with it...or you'll be sorry too that you did. They are a bunch of fraudulent criminals, with shady policies that change whenever they want them to. Just watch the games live or pay for Redzone with your tv service provider. Then, you can cancel after the season ends, not have to pay monthly in the offseason, and NOT have your money stolen from you via shady NFL.com policies. Don't make the same mistake as myself.

I am an NFL+ subscriber
I am an NFL+ subscriber, but the website will only allow me to watch week one of pre season games. There is no access to any help desk, only the BOT, which is not set up to let me communicate this problem. It's almost like they aren't interested in help me fix the problem. I understand completely why the rating is an atrocious 82% one star.
