Absolutely horrible!! Pos App NEVER EVEN LOADS! and when it does it doesn't have the games it said it woukd when I signed up. Absolute fng garbage!!

I havent been able to use this product and even asked NFL to check and verify. No customer support, even the phone number they listed just pushes you back to their website. I submitted a ticket online and I keep getting an automated response, seems like a bot to with a name on it. I keep asking for a response on if they will refund. Ive now paid $200 for nothing. SCAM!!!

Bought this subscription last year and never cancelled it at the end of the season. Looked at my bank account and they charged me again for this because i never cancelled. Impossible to get a $99.99 refund. No humans to talk to. NFL plus most love just taking money that easy.

Zero Stars. Cannot speak to a human. NFL.com overcharged me twice. Spent 30 minutes online chatbot and telephone. No humans anywhere. Cannot get refund for the overcharged amount. TERRIBLE.

I subscribed to NFL + Premium. I watched one preseason game on Roku. I wanted to watch my team on week one (Pats). It was a disaster, are kidding me, no broadcast on Roku. If I can not view a Pats game on week two I will cancel. The whole interaction with NFL is a joke.

Albeit the nfl+premium not outrageous cost, still nice to watch game without wanting to strangle those putting such garage on, YOU CAN'T FAST FORWARD, FREEZES EXCESSIVELY, REPEATS ADS, REPEATS HALFTIME SHOW, IF YOU ARE LUCKY TO GET THERE, I HAD HOPE FOR THIS, WHISH FULL THINKING, WAY TO STRESSFUL

If I could do a negative review, I would. This app sucks. Tried getting"any game, any time." Pure BS. You can watch some guy telling you what is going on, play by play, but you just watch the guy. You can't even watch the game you want. It's not just cancelling time but suing time for false advertisement.
