You have a severe lack of connectivity with any type of platform that you're trying to broadcast over your ridiculous lack of support and live feedback is frankly a joke. If the NFL were smart it would pull any and everything you had to do with managing their Channel even if it's yourselves and go to another platform. We had to drive to go watch our team play today, it was readily available all across several different platforms even after signing yearly contracts and monthly contracts with you we still could not get it this is not a lack of Technology intelligence. It's a lack of product breadth you guys pretty much suck

Absolutely not worth it Can't watch a game when it's on. They confuse you when you sign up. No way to get A refund.

This review should be a zero.. I demand my $14.99 purchase to be refunded.. NFL is not living up to what the premium version says what is included.. Red Zone only works on my phone app. I haven't been able to watch live Redzone on my laptop and TV as they stated in the premium version.. It is not worth $15 a month to watch on my mobile app. The mainreason I purchased the service was to watch Red Zone on my laptop unto my TV. NFL is taking our money and falling short of what the premium version actually does.. Do not purchase this service!

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Their terms and agreement to use their app clearly state they reserve the right to basically do anything to customers they want, period. They are an entertainment product. They are no different than Netflix, Disney, or an Internet Service Provider. Being a veteran there is no such thing as an "introductory offer" but I guess no more. I've been getting the veteran price of $79.99 + tax for the last couple of years, but this year I was charged $99.99. They have become too dishonest and shameful to have an actual phone number for customer support. The ONLY way to contact customer support is through their POS bot. And only then you must type the words "Submit Support" or just "submit" to get a help desk ticket submitted. I've put in three of them for a partial refund, but only got a response to one of them saying my intro offer is over. I will be canceling this, but they won't care. They are a terrorist organization who bully customers because there is no accountability to their terms. I'll just wait for the law suit against them. After submitting this review I'll probably get booted from their network. I guess I could always go watch European football (soccer). Everyone rides the Karma bus, even the NFL network. Their empire will fall some day. It's sad how they have perverted an American past time. Then again, they have never advertised they operate with any integrity so shame on me for expecting any.

Haven't been able to login for last two weeks. Support never responds... next step is CFPB to get my money back.

I purchased a Premium account account, but was not allowed to watch any football games other than to stream those games which have already been played. I was unable to watch any live games at all. I tried to cancel my subscription and to contact NFL+, multiple times. I kept getting an error which said, Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. I got this same message over and over. There seems to be no options on their site to allow its would be customers to cancel their subscriptions, The only options are to down grade an existing account to a lesser cost monthly account. There is a chat option, but there are no live agents to chat with. There are only automated responses, and no contact numbers at all. I discovered reviews regarding NFL+ to b e at ! and a half stars. I wonder why LOL. If possible, I would surely give a negative rating for this company. This company is not user nor customer friendly, so BUYER BEWARE. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP, is my recommendation. I had to cancel automatic payments via Pay Pal, and ask Google for a refund.

Garbage, do not waste your money if you want to watch any games on your television. Only works for iPad/tablet, phone. Disappointing and will not be purchasing in future.

Horrible! I had it last year and it was good. So, this year they billed me (renewal) and I can't access it (NFL +), so I try to access a live person and that's impossible to do! I then find out they raised their annual fee after they already collected my fee from last year which is now not enough. This company is crap! I'm Done.
