Airing playoffs on Peacock

Scam. Tried to watch replays of Bengals v. Browns, and then Lions v. Vikings today. Both games went from herky-jerky, to fuzzy, to being completely dropped. And trying to pull the game back up was an aggravating waste of time. They take the money, then don't deliver the product. If this isn't a wire-fraud scheme, it's pretty close to it. The only thing this app delivers is aggravation (and your money into the scammers pockets).

This is a complete rip off! Paid my subscription for the last 3 months and only been able to watch two games I want a refund what a joke!

You are supposed to be able to record games and watch them later. I can only do that on my PC and NOT on my TVs. I have to watch the games live or settle on highlights that are brief. I used to be able to record all of the games that I want and watch them when I want. I've searched the internet for a solution and nothing will fix this. I haven't found a live body from YouTube to help out. Seems like everything is online and it doesn't work. Also, it's very difficult to use the (PC) fast forward in a way to rush through commercials. On DirecTV, there were none of these issues.

Horrible service. Kicks you out every 20 minutes and there’s no customer service to help. If you fill out a service ticket they will send you an email stating they’re sorry you’re thinking about canceling. Terrible ap and worse customer service. Waste of time and money. Don’t give these streaming apps your money until they get it figured out.

The refs completely botched the end of the Lions game. There was clear evidence of who reported and when. There was ample time for them to get it right and communicate it to the defense. They failed on both parts. The end. I hope we play them again in the playoffs. Come to Detroit you coward.

At the beginning of the 2023 football season I made a payment for the YEARLY NFL+ package that lets you watch games online and watch either full or condensed replays. Sometimes in October this stopped working. I followed all the FAQ advice about how to fix it. Nothing worked. When I log in it still shows me as having paid for the content. But when I try to watch a game it says I have to subscribe. Ironically, if I try to PAY AGAIN it says "good news you've already paid for this" and won't let me pay again. But I STILL CANNOT watch any games. Contacting their "customer support" on numerous occasions just results in emails that point you to the FAQ and promises that a follow-up will be forthcoming. But nothing was forthcoming. And it's impossible as far as I can tell to talk or chat with a human who is empowered to fix it. One can only conclude that the NFL's digital experience is run by people who are as incompetent as its referees.
