It's been a year already huh
It's been a year already huh? That's crazy. Okay, I'll share my experience - it's been boring. I mean that in a good way, because I haven't had anything to complain about! NexusBytes has been hands down the best experience for a hosting provider. Jay (the owner) has such a warm approach to customer service and makes you feel like you are part of a family of happy customers. I am very pleased to have discovered Nexus Bytes when they were a relatively unknown provider and can see that they have grown into a very reputable hosting provider, all the while keeping existing customers happy and offering existing customers the best discounts on new products. If I had to complain about something it would be the fact that there are no services located in Australia but perhaps one day that will change. Maybe I'm too fussy lol
