Be carefull with this provider, the offer a daily backup for your server but, they dont do it, just charge you No Refund for their missbehaivor even when i was on the 48 hrs to give to claim for it, they make me buy an other server to get the backup restore to that new server but there was no backup , they just charge me every time for the service but never did the automaticly backup About performance is stable, i wont lie, support response time to general inquerys good, but they cant answer how much aditional storage you can attach to their vps, so i will say good performance, bad support. could take up to 3 days to get a disk extenden. could take up to 3 days to get a license active could take up to 24hrs and 2 support tickets to get a new server

As my current vps contract was ending, I was looking into other alternatives. Seeing many good reviews I decided to try NexusBytes out. Ended up with horrible experience. I am currenty staying abroad. Naturally, my credit card billing address doesn't match where I am staying. As soon as I placed an order they automatically flagged me as "fraud" with location being the reason. Although it is somewhat understandable, they needed to call me a "fraud" instead of something like "require verification" which what a normal company will do. The automatic message asked me to reply with additional information for review, so I did. After 2 days, unconventionally long for a server company for any reason, a support replied saying they will not allow my order because of my privacy policy. My... privacy policy...? I asked for an explanation and the next reply was, they wont process my order because I didn't pass their initial validation. So why did they asked me to reply with additional information in the first place? The message ended with thanking me for "attempting" to join NexusBytes. I never experienced such sarcasm from any business ever. My privacy was in danger now that I know this company collects personal information when they clearly doesn't need it. Following their own privacy policy, I emailed them to request deletion of my personal information. After more than 30 days, a timeframe written in their policy, I have not heard back yet. There is a lot of automation going on in this company. As long as you don't need to contact a human, you might be happy. When you do have to contact them, you will face unprofessional people. As far as I can tell, they do not keep promises and probably have some data collection side business. Could be discriminatory too since I am currently in a developing country and they deiced I was a fraud. You will also get many excuses that doesn't make sense. They will tell you its the system when they are the people making the system so practically blaming them selves as if they were blaming someone else. They will tell you they are an online business and require extreme caution, well most business are online nowadays and none of them called me a fraud. They might call you a fraud too, when we are the one paying them, not the other way around. Unless you are from and living in the US, I would strongly suggest to stay away from this company. There is some sketchy business practice going on.

Expensive service for DirectAdmin panel. Poor quality service, not customer focused. I regret giving them a chance.

The first thing which i dont like about Nexus Bytes is. I cant make an account with my hotmail. I use this email always so i had to make my account with gmail. My creditcard declined my payment i dont know why but i saw that i could not log in any more to do the payment. I guess they have deleted my account. I asked for a new pasword, but i did not receive it. When i want to email the support then i have to login so thanks for this great support !

Oh no! Selcuk Agirman, I am really sorry to hear about your negative experience. This is definitely not how we like to conduct our business :(. Took the liberty to search up your account and looks like your account has been closed due to non payment :( . Per our billing terms, your service was suspended after 3rd day of being behind on payment and was terminated on the 10th day of being delinquent. We did send you a total of 4 non payment reminder over 3 weeks span and didn't receive any response from you. Our system automatically closes an account, if there's no active service associated to it. This is actually there for your own safety and security, as inactive accounts are prone to getting hacked/bruteforced. Which would explain why you aren't able to log back in to your client area, nor receiving your password reset email. You can always reach out to us via our public contact form: https://my.nexusbytes.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=4 I do see that you had been with us for almost 4 months and you were satisficed during the active time frame. Please drop us a note via the link I have shared above and we will be delighted to work with you and figure out a happy solution.
