Shipping says same day before 3pm eastern. I ordered at 1pm Eastern Thursday paid next day shipping and it didn’t ship until 8pm Friday and now won’t arrive until Monday

Sent me an end of life CO detector. Looking for a refund or a replacement with a new unit that isn’t out of date (3/2023 was the date on hardware). Overpaid for an end of life product. Would like a refund. Product is normally $40+ and paid over $100 because I needed the same unit.

I was sent a used product rather than a new one.

At the begining all was great with the order I placed on line. I was notified several times that a package UPS 2nd Day was coming and it did. BUT, the equipment I paid for was not shipped, it was something totally different. I ordered two monitor modules and was sent two smoke detectors. I called backup and I was told that I have to ship the wrong parts back and will not receive the correct parts until you receive them. Well that doesn't help me at all. Now that I have made my customer upset and frustrated I still do not have the parts I should have had on September 23rd, 2021. Well I will think twice when ordering again as it seems your shipping department has issues.
