NextrcmReviews of nextrcm.com

Ive have learned a lot about the inbound marketing and billing process through Usman who is the CEO of nextrcm and also the way he is teaching things make it pretty easy and simple to understand

Working with NextRCM has been a genuinely positive experience, and Usman Shamsi is the reason for that. The first thing that impressed me was that he was willing to tell me things I did not want to hear. When we went through our documentation together, he pointed out weaknesses I had not been aware of. He did not dress it up and he did not overpromise. He explained the risk, explained the fix, and left the decision to me. I trusted him from that point onward. The operational side has been just as solid. His team is organized, they follow up without needing to be reminded, and they keep proper records of everything they touch. Turnaround is quick, and when I ask about a specific claim or a payer requirement, I get a real answer rather than a vague one. Their biggest strength, in my view, is compliance expertise. They understand Medicare coverage criteria, documentation requirements, and audit standards in genuine depth. In healthcare that is the difference between revenue you keep and revenue you eventually have to give back. Having a partner who thinks that far ahead is a real advantage. Professional, transparent, and easy to deal with. I would recommend NextRCM to any provider, clinic, or DME supplier looking for a serious billing and revenue cycle partner.

I highly recommend Next RCM. Usman Shamsi has a sharp understanding of healthcare compliance and billing audits, and he is excellent at identifying documentation gaps and potential claim risks. His advice is practical, clear, and genuinely helpful.

My experience with Next RCM has been excellent. Their team brings a strong combination of healthcare revenue cycle management expertise, medical billing knowledge, operational discipline, and compliance-focused support. A major strength of Next RCM is the leadership of Usman Shamsi, CEO of the company. He has an impressive ability to review healthcare billing operations, identify compliance gaps, audit clinical and claim documentation, and detect issues that could lead to denials, payment delays, or payer audits. Usman’s understanding of DME billing compliance, documentation requirements, medical necessity, eligibility verification, prior authorization, claim readiness, denial prevention, and accounts receivable management is exceptional. His audits are detailed, practical, and focused on helping healthcare providers and DME suppliers improve both compliance and revenue cycle performance. The Next RCM team is professional, responsive, transparent, and highly attentive to detail. They do not simply process billing tasks they carefully review workflows, identify risks, and recommend improvements that can strengthen operational accuracy and financial performance. I highly recommend Next RCM and Usman Shamsi to medical practices, healthcare organizations, and DME suppliers looking for a reliable RCM partner with strong compliance, auditing, medical billing, and revenue cycle management expertise.

I had a great consultation regarding DME and its fundamentals. Usman explained everything clearly and was incredibly helpful, especially on the compliance side. His knowledge and practical experience are outstanding, far beyond many industry experts I've worked with. Highly recommended!
