In real estate, finding the right person to speak to takes time. You can spend much of the day calling owners and following up before you find someone ready to talk about their property. We’ve been using AI agents to help with this. They call property owners, ask if they’re thinking about selling or renting, and reconnect with people who showed interest before. When our brokers follow up, they already know what the person wants and what was discussed. This makes the next conversation more useful. Dubai is a very international market, so being able to speak to people in different languages is a real advantage. It helps us reach more of our contacts and keep the calls going while our brokers focus on interested owners. We’ve seen real results. Owners contacted through the campaigns have gone on to sign brokerage agreements. That’s what matters to us: conversations that lead to business. AI has become a useful part of our daily sales work. We also appreciate working with the team behind the AI agents. We can review a specific call together, suggest a simpler way to ask a question, or change how we follow up. They listen and work through the changes with us. Their ongoing support has helped us improve the campaigns.

We’ve been working with NextLevel.AI to bring enterprise Voice AI solutions to the Bangladesh market. We have worked together on several enterprise POCs involving Bangla and English voice communication, local telephony, human escalation and different deployment scenarios. Their team is hands-on, responsive and willing to adapt solutions to the technical and operational requirements behind each enterprise opportunity. They also work closely with us to test and continuously improve Bangla voice quality using real local scenarios.

Disclosure: we work with NextLevel as a delivery partner in the UAE. Really glad we brought these guys in. We deploy quite a few voice AI agents for enterprise and government clients here, and what stood out with NextLevel was how quickly we could get a real, working agent live on a client's own materials, no drawn-out setup, no waiting weeks to see something run. The Arabic handling is genuinely strong, Gulf and Najdi both, which is where most tools fall over. But what keeps us coming back is the team. Every client has its own quirks and custom cases, and instead of "that's not supported," we get people who lean in and figure out how to make it work fast. When something needs attention, they're right there, which matters a lot when a client's line is live.

We run chronic care programs where reliability isn't optional. When a patient reaches out late at night, the technology simply has to work. That's where NextLevel earned our trust. When we've identified something requiring attention, their team has responded quickly and taken ownership. In healthcare, a delayed response isn't just an inconvenience—it can mean a patient slipping through the cracks. We've also been impressed by how effectively the agent engages patients. It helps coach people through their diabetes journey in a way that feels personal and relevant rather than scripted, while being available 24/7 and across multiple languages. We built our program AI-first from the beginning, allowing us to deliver continuous support without having to build, train, and scale a large call center operation. Just as importantly, the platform has scaled with us while keeping costs predictable. For healthcare organizations looking to engage and support more patients without continually adding staff, NextLevel has been a strong partner.

I saw a couple of their demos and tried their BDR bot - it was really impressive and human-like.
