We hired Next Gen System AI for AI workflow automation to help streamline some of our daily business operations and reduce repetitive manual tasks. The team understood our general requirements and helped implement a solution that improved certain parts of our workflow. Communication was reasonable throughout the project, and the overall experience was satisfactory. However, the implementation required a few adjustments, and some aspects of testing and follow up support could have been handled more efficiently. While the service delivered value, I expected a smoother setup process. Overall, it was a decent experience, with room for improvement in execution and ongoing support.
