Ive been with Nexgen since 2005 Jason is the best. He is Tech support Mark Dean the best at individual support/sales And I cant trade without their software. I am concerned that Nexgen plans on dropping the partnership/licensing/servers collaborating with TradeStation. Ive been with TradeStation since 1994, before the internet as we know it. The trade data used to come into the house on a side lobe of the AMC channel and get written to my hard drive. TradeStation software and functionality is top notch. They are now one of my 4 brokers. They are not going away. In trading, if it isnt broke, dont fix it.

Excellent customer service

Awesome support from these guys. I had a problem connecting to Tradingview, and Novack conducted a remote into my computer and fixed it through the app. These guys are my number prop so far!

I am a newer trader and have only messed around with a couple platforms part time. I have read about many brokers and prop firms to finally land on NEXGEN, and I am very grateful I did. I have had a couple minor issues but when I put in a support ticket, they have been very quick to respond, and resolve the issue. That is such a breath of fresh air considering many companies have only FAQ tabs, or bots that don't really help. I have always spoken to a real person by email or phone. Very helpful. I feel their evaluations are fair, both in requirements, and price. Their payouts and splits are very fair as well.
