Newer Nexgen funded trader here! Was introduced to this firm by a really good trader friend of mine and decided to give them a test run. Very glad that I did ☺️ From the start, customer support has been spot on and accommodating. Very fast and knowledgeable. Any concerns, I was able to reach out and get assisted without any waiting. Then after a few swings with their accts (evals and funded), finally caught a rhythm and was able to request my first payout here -- and I have to say for an initial payout (on-boarding process included), it was very fast and efficient. I just requested a,withdrawal yesterday after NY market close and it was approved this morning before NY market open. The on-boarding this morning was quick and easy, and then I received the payout in less than an hour after that! Thankful for the experience thus far -- everyone seems business oriented and helpful! Shout out to Chris for assisting me a few times now and getting me acclimated better here -- and thank you to John for ensuring the payout process was smooth and secure! Truly looking forward to continuing here at Nexgen and being along for their ride in the prop space!

Coming from Apex, NexGen has been a breath of fresh air. Apex always felt like a constant battle, with rules and delays that seemed designed to mess with trader psychology and make payouts harder than they needed to be. NexGen feels completely different. I’ve had 7 payouts so far, and everything has been smooth and straightforward. They seem to understand that if their traders do well, the company does well too. That alignment makes a big difference. John has also been very responsive and direct any time I’ve had a question, which I appreciate. No runaround, no games, just clear communication. Overall, NexGen has been a solid experience for me. For traders focused on consistency and discipline, they’ve been one of the better firms I’ve dealt with.

Just received my 7th payout from Nexgen Protrader Funding of $4,000.....total payouts of $79,545.00 so far. I requested the payout in the morning and was already processed to my bank account by 11:00am. Wow! While other firms look for every reason not to pay, Nexgen just pays...No BS rules. Happy Trading!

No hassles with my first payout. Took 3k from 150k sim-funded account using ACH with zero friction. Communication with Nexgen was fast and reliable. When I inquired about initiating a payment request, I received prompt and thorough attention from start to finish. Highly recommended! UPDATE ON 4-23-2026 Received second batch of payouts on four additional accounts today. Requested payouts on 22 Apr at 4:07 PM and received approval at 4:12 PM -- 5 minutes later. Funds posted to my account at 12:03 AM that night. I've taken payouts from TakeProfitTrader and TopStep but they were never processed anywhere near this fast. I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see it myself.

Verry fair support. i have been unable to connect sierra chart with cqg order routing to my Nexgen account. So i asked for a refund and became that in a matter of a few minutes. Many thanks !
