Awful Service, don't use
CD account. The only good thing about the experience was a decent rate. Their customer service consistently had technical issues so calls were very long and frustrating. To close my CD after it matured they asked if I had a printer! I said no and they conceded to send a DocuSign which I have yet to receive. I will never use them again - I can get just as good of a rate from other banks.
