Absolute jokesino. Scamsino. I'm glad I didn't deposit anything. Managed to clear the RIDICULOUS x999 wagering requirements and I wanted to ask about depositing in order to verify and withdraw. My conversation with support: pipipipi hi hello Mason hi Mason A free bonus player (a player who plays only free bonuses, and didn't make a deposit yet) can withdraw winnings when playing his first three free bonuses on his account, during the first 30 days after account registration. Unfortunately your account is older than 30 days and current balance can not be withdrawn A new deposit would only unlock your future withdrawals, not the current one, the current balance is not withdrawable under any circumstances pipipipi HAHAHA I didn't even get to ask my question and my man Mason knew exactly what was up. Not surprising, it seems this is all the support he does. Even going as far as straight up lying to me and calling me a bonus hunter. A scamsino accusing people of hunting bonuses, Oh the irony. Sister sites: Avantgarde casino, Candyland casino, This is Vegas and True Fortune casino. AVOID THESE TRASHBAGS.

I like many others I believe who are playing is just that we are there TO PLAY !!! I logged in on my promo page and clicked on $10.00 Free chip , began playing usually I play for 10 minutes loose and move on. NOT THIS TIME I played and got my winnings up to $3000 WHAT !!!??? . I contacted customer service I knew I was going to 3000 HOWEVER when I asked how much can I withdrawl answered was NOTHING sorry you used 3 bonuses what 3 bonuses never had more then 2 bonuses offered , but if I did HOW WOULD I KNOW ??? I guess when playing here you have to read the fine print !! . Again all the was said was sorry , the next day my balance everything was wiped out to zero . Player beware !!! Sister casinos are Paradize 8 and CandyLand casino . All the 100s of thousands dollars make you would think maybe give me something , not a chance .

The absolute worst...Customer service couldn't even make sense when asked why I couldn't withdrawal. Total scam. I'm still scratching my head. ***After receiving a resonse: This was definitely not explained to me by customer service. This "clause" is buried deep in terms and conditions. Reputable sites won't even make this stipulation upon redeeming. My review is still one star.

Stay away from this site! Don't even bother spending $1.00 here. They will take your money any way you want to give it to them - but they will not send you any of your winnings, should you get any. I have played here for a few years and they have gone from bad to worse. April 7th, 2024 I requested a BTC withdrawal for $230.00. For the first month or so I was given the runaround and told every excuse in the book as to why it had not been deposited into my crypto wallet - please wait 1 more day/3 more days/5 more days/until next week...we are working on it now...this list of excuses goes on. August 6th, 2024, I have yet to see any deposit to me. Nothing,. The customer support will not answer my messages or emails at all. Straight radio silence. Scam artists. Stay away.
