Poor transparency in shipping and very very slow. Pricey. Wouldn’t recommend

I was so disappointed when I opened the box. What I received was a plastic picture of the 3D image they show on their website. I was really looking forward for this ornament because my Son joined the ARMY and he wouldn't be home for Christmas. So this is a HUGE disappointment!!! Also when checking out, they were trying to charge me for 2 when I only wanted to order 1. Becareful if you order from this Company because it's all Bullsh*t!

Placed order didn’t realize it was US funds so $50 more than I thought. Went on website and saw able to cancel before producing contacted next day NEVER got confirmation email so was back and forth as I didn’t have order number. Order canceled but was charged $5 USD They also wanted me to continue order in case I change my mind so I would have to pay full price. Not happy that I didn’t get confirmation email but more unhappy with price of ornaments - shop local instead and no guarantee it would arrive before Christmas

Wasn't as pictured in the photo. Wasn't what I expected when I ordered it. I was expecting a 3d ornament not a flat acrylic ornament. Not worth the money.

I ordered custom golf balls off of newsvips. Immediately after I placed my order, I requested a refund because the item was simply too expensive. I emailed their customer support and they told me that I would receive a full refund no problem. They never ended up giving me my refund and they sent me the golf balls. No one has been answering my emails and I need a refund for the balls because I simply can’t afford them. I have sent them 6 emails and no one has answered me.

#l I thought it was coming out of New York but it came out of China. The main reason I'm not happy is you advertised it was leather mine is some kind of cloth. I don't know how to contact other than this review I would like my money back for false advertisement.

I ordered a memorial clip with my husband to be's mums photo in it. Product fine however the printed verse that came with was for a dad !! All I wanted was them to reprint the verse with the words mum. They wouldn't do it. I wouldn't order from them again and I definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recorded because my first order somehow got messed up and there were double charges on my PayPal. You canceled one order but then pending charges were on my PayPal. I looked this morning my new order went through but the pending charges are back on my PayPal. I am confused
