It has never arrived!!! This is a gift for my groom and they never sent it.

I tried to communicate with Customer Service, however every response was a generated response and not with an actual person. My question was never answered, I ordered anyway, but my expectation of a quality product is very low. I will probably never order anything from this company again.

very bad, I don‘t got any confirmation, the money was taken, but I did‘nt get the item

The item is not what it appears to be on your website. The ornament online appears to be actual mini size boots chest shield helmet, it in fact is a poly resin flat ornament. Very disappointed

Never received product

Actually a zero. Scam site. Rip off. Never received my order of two ornaments. Emailed company with no reply.

If I could give them a 0 I would! I ordered an ornament to symbolize my nephews engagement. I paid for their “quick ship” option an additional 9.99. Needed it by yesterday12/21. Ordered in mid November! Contacted company numerous times because tracking showed nothing. All they did was continue to send a tracking number. I demanded a refund at this point- they refunded $4.00!! Out of 40 bucks (10 was for the quick ship) $4.00! How did they even come up with that? Total scam! Do not order from this company!

My Gift for Garland box arrived EMPTY. It was for a Christmas Gift.
