I never got my item
I never got my item. I ordered it April 3. It is now May 1. This was a birthday present for someone and I’m very disappointed and I would like my money back.

Initially looked great confirmation etc then gave an U known from carrier to Canada Post?. Our Anniversary is Sunday and now do not have this special memory as it is our 40th anniversary Really disappointed

Ordered a Old Husband and wife sitting…
Ordered a Old Husband and wife sitting on a bench on Mar 31 and just received it today April 16. Was looking forward to receiving a figurine not a piece of wood costing $49. which was probably made for $5. if that. Was very disappointed. I think you could do better in describing this item.

Delivery is in question
Ordering was easy, as was payment. Delivery is another question. I paid for expedited delivery. Apparently, that means something different in China. Order was placed April 2, and on April 12, it is still "in transit." Once burned...

Deceptive products - not worth it
The product I bought was a giant rip-off. Don’t be fooled by the pictures. The one of a couple on a bench is nothing but a cardboard cut-out.

What do u mean
What do u mean ? “ this time”? This was my first time ordering from you!! But it will b my last… you took my $ and I got nothing!!!! Where is my order.. I ordered a memorial sticker for my husband that passed on 2/16/2025. You are taking advantage of my feelings!! Shame b on you! God will repay you!!

NOT HAPPY!!
I placed an order for a gift on Mar 12. newsvips recieved payment from pay pal on Mar13. Newsvips then said that payment was not approved and tried to get me to give them another credit card. It is now Mar 22nd and just got a notice that the item was delivered 2 hours ago, and there has been no delivery. And no way to contact newsvips. What does that tell you?

Produit très décevant. Photo trompeuse. C'est juste un bout de plastique en plexiglas avec une photo dedans. Ça ne vaut du tout le prix payé. A éviter.
