Easy ordering process and quick response. Can't wait to see my purchase!

It wasn't great, but it wasn't bad. I will have to wait to see if the product is up to par. Shipping was a bit much to be a company on the east coast, while being shipped to the east coast.

It was easy enough to work through. Just hope it ships in a timely manner. I just read another persons review and they share the same concern. They still have not received their product. I have had that issue with a lot of sites like this. Once they get your money they seem to forget all about customer service and they don't even want to talk to you about it! I sure hope that's not the case this time!

Just ordered this for my daughter for Christmas. The ordering and customizing was super easy and smooth. Can't wait to see it in person! Update 10/1/24: Received the cup and it is perfect! Looks exactly like the preview. I am very happy with this!! Now have to wait until Christmas to see if my daughter likes it!
